I am helping those who are grieving the loss of a spouse, friend, parent or co-worker. Bereavement is a process that benefits from having:
- Someone you can share your feelings with so you do not feel so alone
- Someone who understands the bereavement process with all of its’ potential physical, emotional and spiritual challenges
- Someone who can educate you through the grief process and offer resources
- Someone who will support you, as you learn to gradually integrate this change into your life
